Dongle lit up no connection. Message saying DNS not responding.

This is for my sister who lives the other end of the country,her dongle is lit up but no connection to the Internet a message says DNS isn't responding .please help. Thank you.

I suggest you tell her to call the internet company. I'd guess that she's run out of credit and had her access blocked.
But you need to ask them, not us.
