rebooting means turning it off and back on again I'm sure thats not what you mean
Now can you tell us what the symptoms of the problem are, the model number, and the version of windows installed

To Reboot your laptop you can either hold the power button in for about a minute and the let go and press it again to start the laptop again
or you can remove the laptop battery and that will turn it of then replace the battery and press the power button to turn on.
If you mean in windows then its Start,at the bottom of the menu Restart.

I think he means reload, rather than reboot. But HOW you do that depends on the model. Many PB laptops needs a set of CDs, some have a hidden partition. Without knowing the model we don't know
However often when we get asked this, the wrong question is being asked. Generally the real problem is minor and does not justify a system reload. Hence my original question
