The Laptop does not boot

i have a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo PA 1538 and when i turn it on all the leds work which tells me that the laptop is working but the screen remains blank and only after a few dozens of times the monitor starts but if i close the laptop i go over the same problem again

It always tells me when it starts that it has an eror and that the system did not booted properly . tried setting the bios on the default settings and nothing works

Any solutions for this ??

Have you tried holding down the function key and tapping the monitor settings key to cycle through the display options?

It may be that the laptop is opening by default to an external display which is not present. Have you tried an external display?

If you want us to help you with a solution you need to be much more specific about the problem. For example, exactly what does the error message say? When you say close the laptop, do you mean close the lid (which would set the laptop to a standby state)? If so, does the problem still arise if you power off the laptop completely?

The last Error is what i am experienceing and it seems it will take me allot of time to figure out a way to boot the system

The system does not boot
It starts up but does not boot the Bios and the display is not working at all

Seems to be something with the bios and Graphical card

This proble appears only after i shutdown the system commpletly or restart it . and as i say before it takes hours before the laptop boots the system properly .. so far i haven't been able to start it to give the properly error message still trying to do so .

finnaly so : Error 0208 Previous Boot incomplete - Default configuration used .. finnaly it started .

personally it sounds to me like a faulty motherboard and that long posting above would tend to suggest that as well
I dont know who made that posting, but I would think your best initial course is to speak to F-S and see if an extended warranty is in place for this model
If they accept theres a problem, they should fit it

xi 2528 When switch computer on, one can hear the cd etc switcing but I cannot see anything exept dim light screen! This happened when I try to install New Vista. I change the bootup sequence. to 1.CD 2. HDD No. 3 etc I do not understand their functions. On Installing the Windows After load files the computer can not see my C Drive? So this stop my whole installing process and sitting with problem. I tried many options but in vain!

sounds like the screen has failed
I suggest you post a job request on our main page for tone of our team to come and look at it, and repair
probably needs a replacement screen
