3connect dongle

when i start up with the 3 connect dongle a message appears saying check your customer application as the connection has failed-but i just click on ok and it starts-feelike i should re install it but not sure what to delete and start again-ZTE MF112

which version of Windows?

Have you spoken to the "3" support phone line? What do they advise?
