problem in working of my dongle

I have an dongle of iball , it is not properly working on my computer . but it properly works on others computers . I tried many times to reinstall the dongle program but it not works . while reinstall it says " Drivers installation Failed " please help me ,,

Impossible to offer advice with the information given. We don't know make/model of dongle, make/model of PC, windows version, motherboard chipset or anything else. Besides which we have no knowledge of Indian service providers. You would do best to ask "iball" whoever they are.
