then fill in the form with a description of your problem and contact information. Once you are contacted

You can then choose who you might want to fix your problem select the "Add to my shortlist" link.
Each time you add an IT professional to your list they will appear in the box on the top right
hand corner of your results page. Once you have completed your shortlist simply select continue
from within the shortlist box and you will then be asked to fill in the form with a description of
your problem and contact information. Once you are contacted by

Many computer problems can be fixed in seconds and don't require
specialist skills to work on the computer. For this reason we have created our FREE Computer
Support Forum. If you have a problem you believe you can fix your self with the right advice
simply go to our forum and post your question as a new topic. We recommend you have a look at
previous problems just to make sure your problem hasn't already been answered. Many of our IT
professionals regularly visit the support forum and it should not take long to get the answer
you require. We will email any answers to you in addition to posting them on the forum for
other users to view. We will shortly be adding additional features to the forum such as
identifying when an answer is from a PCIQ IT professional and allowing you to rate their
response so they can further build up their reputation.
