our engineers our military trained giving us more of an insight than usualy technicians. being military we have seen more and work on more varying equipent than usual technicians.
i do not agree with pushing what we think is best. if possible a minimum of 2 solutions will be probivded and explained to yourself, giving you the customer utimate choice for how your solutions is solved.
As a company we will not be beaten for honest and customer service. Your equipment failure is our business, be it IT, audio and visual, entertainment or telecoms.
