Kwesi arrived on time and friendly. He was able to fix the problem with my computer, and a few others I had. He was friendly and helpful. Simply I was impressed in every way by his professionalism and his patience at explaining computer lingo to me- A pleasure to work with.

Ok, it may be just a case that the "Quick Launch" has been disabled. Try left-clicking on your taskbar, upto Toolbars and then click on "Quick Launch"
