Sharon, Why were you so sure that there was something on your computer that you went as far as getting a dodgy copy of some antivirus? A PC slowing down is usually down to a build up of startup files and hard disk problems.

Dr Watson is the result of the crash, not the cause and is built into all versions of Windows. You will need to tell us more about explorer crashing. Any error messages? etc

We provide onsite support, maintenance, installation and repair services for PC's, Servers, Apple Mac computers and wireless and wired networks to business and home users throughout Manchester and the North of England.

We will always aim to have an engineer with you by the next working day or at a time and date to suit you.

All of our engineers are certified and experienced and they have full access to the latest information when required.

We charge by the half hour with a minimum charge of one hour. There is no callout charge.
