| didnt seem to know very much more than me-and thats not much-did offer to redo all my pc when he couldnt fix the problem but i couldnt let him take it this week as i need it -the day after i tried something else i turned my modem off for a day-it works almost perfect now-so for 35 pounds i didnt really get anything-he was polite enough but ive had people before and if they couldnt fix it within half an hour max theyve taken it away or told me my options-was here an hour and half i felt this was too long and he didnt make one difference apart from downloading a free pc cleaner that i could have done easily and didnt make any difference.im just so glad i didnt let him take it and would have ended up paying 85 pounds when all it needed was the modem turned off for 24 hours-and for this reason im not sure id use your company again-sorry to sound so negative | |

| The problem turned out to be more serious than I thought but David diagnosed it accurately, quoted a fair price for parts and labour and carried out the work efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. | |
