I am a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician and also have Cisco CCNA1 - Network fundamentals. I also hold a HND in Computing Technical Support I have many years experience of the following Installing PC's, Printers, Scanners and modems /routers. Upgrading PC's, installing memory, hard drives, processors, motherboards etc. Troubleshooting PC hardware problems, Dead PC's, startup problems, IRQ conflicts etc. Software Problems, I have extensive experience of instalation and configuring the Microsoft XP and Vista operating systems. I also have in-depth experience of DOS, Windows 3/1, Windows 95, 98 and ME. Other experience includes; Instaling and configuring wireless broadband. Virus and Malware eradication, Configuring and trouble shooting Microsoft office applications - migrating old computer settings to new computer.
