1) have you spoken to "3"? They may have an asnwer 2) Its a long shot, but some people have reported this behavior as being caused by AVG antivirus. What security software does your machine have?
first point is to understand the limitatiosn of what you've bought Its not a laptop PC - its a "Netbook" with a low power Intel Atom CPU. Its not intended for playing videos or anything with a high processor demand. its a toy for travelling salesmen to type with, send e-mails, and view the internet while on the road Having said all that, this model does appear to have high-def video outputs, so we should be able to expect some degree of viewable playback The big question, is what are these videos you ar trying to play? Are they ones you've made yoruself, ones downloaded from the web? If so, what format are they in? Different formats require different levels of processing power. Its also possible you need to install the correct codecs on the machine (if for instance you are trying to play Xvid/DivX/MP4 clips). Again, we need to know the format of the clips
