I am a fully skilled, certified and experienced computer engineering, my main line of business is in providing full time corporate IT support to major household name companies, this has included AVIS Rent a Car, EA Games and The General Electric Company, I am currently providing support on a full time weekday basis to KPMG, the worlds larest accountancy firm.

I still provide UK wide remote services when I am available to do so (currently out of normal office hours) to home and small business users and am fully skilled and proficient with desktops, laptops and servers. I am Microsoft certified for desktop, laptop and server software.

The online repair service is very easy to use (only involves visiting a web page and entering a number) and is suitable for a large variety of issues some of which are listed below.

We only use tried and tested state of the art, secure, commercial remote access software that does not require you to install a remote access application (such as log me in, VNC etc) which can cause serious security issues.

Your computer must be able to start up and connect to the Internet with a broadband connection to use this service.

The online service offers excellent value (25% less than our onsite service) and with our no fix no fee policy it's ideal to use as a first option. If we can't fix your issue remotley and you still need a home visit you haven't lost a penny . . .
