RE: Can't install my 3 Huawei dongle software
I'm confident that every one of us could get your dongle working on your Sony laptop fairly quickly if we had both of them directly in front of us. Unfortunately that's not the case and the limiting factor in this kind of scenario tends to be the narrow bandwidth and inadequate feedback of the human-computer interface. Luckily there is a solution - you could raise a job request and one of us could visit to fix the problem first hand.
We specialise in providing an 'after 6pm' or 'weekend' service to domestic and small business customers whose computers may have decided 'not to play' as you'd like.
So, if you can no longer connect to the internet, read your email, print that document, or if your PC throws up more POPUPs than you can 'shake a stick at' let us know and we'll try our best to get you back up and running - with a smile!
