| the PCIQ website was informative and easy to use, the response to my email was prompt. The fact that I waited 2.5 days before being proactive in following up the reason for a lack of feedback to my email was disappointing. | For starters, Ant was punctual (in fact he was early!). He was polite, understanding and extremely helpful. He explained things to me in a manner that I could understand and gave me tips on how to improve my laptop security. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation. | |
