Hi,there is a Laptop repair company in Cambridge that will arrange to pick up the laptop wherevfer youre in the UK, and will get it diagnosed and will quote you. It is a repairable job and will cost around £70 plus VAT if it is the Board

Hi there if this is your computer and you can prove this, then it will be easy to reset / remove password. You dont have to wipe it or loose data at all. You will be better off getting someone with Technical knowledge to do it for you. We do this all the time so long as you can prove this system is yours.

Hi there, if your computer powers up, does it then hang on a particular screen? Can you see XP loading and then restarting again and going into this circle? or does it start up and then just freeze?
