RE: URGENT unabled to open an attachment

Hi Julia, What email client are you using? e.g. Outlook express, Outlook 2000 etc? The message may have been recalled by the sender or as Alan states the sender may have placed restrictions on the amount of times you can open it or send the attachment. Is the file you opened in your recently opened documents? XP // Start Menu > Documents Vista // Start menu > Recent Items Hope this helps, Chris
