Had long conversation on telephone in first instance to check the problem and to ensure he brought any parts needed. John did what he came to do, he installed a new hardrive and loaded all necessary programmes i.e. internet but was unable to save my old files and programmes. I would recommend him but beware he likes Jaffa Cakes!

I sent feedback to PCIQ via the email address provided by Computer Solutions and therefore had assumed that you had received it at least a week ago. Overall the engineer that was sent out was professional and efficient, and he resolved an additional problem that we had which related to software conflict, which was helpful. There was a subsequent problem with the wireless set-up at midnight that day, and we felt it was too late in the day to contact the engineer and so contacted the wireless company's 24 hour helpline who helped us set it up again. We don't know what caused it to happen, but it's been working fine ever since.
