It needs to be taken in context. He was responsive and friendly and helpful. It would have been fine had he managed to recover the information I was most concerned about and value for money. He was not able to do this and I am satisfied that was not his fault. However, I requested he give me the entire 'image' of the computer's hard dirve that he took before trying to recover information. This was because I couldn't understand why some information had been recovered and not other stuff that was in the same place. He agreed to post this to me but never did. I emailed him several times and he ignored these. So if he had posted me the image so I could see for myself what was missing and what was not the experience would have been a lot better. He also tried to fix the laptop but it has just stopped working again. So I ended up with very little for £120.

Within 3 minutes of speaking to Darren he put my mind at rest and arranged to call and sort the problem out.
I am very pleased with the work he has done and am awaiting further work being carried out.
