Difficult to provide feedback because Alasdair's first stab at an arm's length solution failed to resolve the issue. I was then away for two days and finally found a solution on the MS Knowledge Base web pages and did the system registry changes myself. So Alasdair had no real opportunity to assist in any meaningful way. I was most impressed with his helpful approach in our first exchanges.
