Andrew responded very quickly and was able to visit within a couple of days. Hew repared the fault with half an hour.

Logged my problem at lunchtime and was contacted within an hour. Managed to arrange an appointment that evening and I found Andrew to be very approachable and knowledgeable. Turned out my laptop was ok, but Andrew carried out a few checks I hadn't thought of and offered to come back if any further problems occured. Overall, very pleased with the service and I would use again if I have any further issues.
