Gene is extremely reliable, knowlegeable and easy to get along with. I had quite a complicated set-up, and he systematically worked out the fault and provided me with some options (even objectively whether I should buy a new PC!). In the end we rebuilt my machine, salvaging what we could and upgrading where necessary. The newly built PC runs like a dream. Very satisfied and would use again. Thanks!
