Our computer was in a bad way and I couldn't have wished for anybody better. Michael was quick, efficient and didn't leave until he was sure that everything was working properly.

Michael arrived on time and tried a number of procedures to install my wireless router.Though he was unsuccessful he explained step by step what he was doing and some possible reasons why the router wouldn't operate. I was fully satisfied with the service eventhough I still have no wireless capability.
