James provided excellent clear advice and instructions over the phone that enabled me to get the problems fixed. By doing this it kept the cost and inconvenience to a minimum. He was also fully prepared to visit my home to sort the probelm if the phone advice did not work or if I preferred it to be done that way. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

james was a very helpful chap and although i still have a problem with slow speeds he assured me i was not alone with this problem and that it was in fact a isp fault, i'm now in the process of switching my provider due to the fact that the service i recieved from virgin was unacceptable and poor. james was outstanding with the information he provided and prompt with it too. excellent.

Received the call back very quickly after my initial enquiry. James was very proactive and helpful. He was also very understanding and not at all patronising when I was asking silly questions and showing my inexperience with IT issues.

I have actualy sent you a "comments" form re: the superb service we received from James B, he could not have been more patient ( I am 62 and not exactley computer literate )or helpful. It was a pleasure to have him sort our problems out, nothing seemed too much trouble to him, he was here from 14.00 till almost 19.00, yet the total cost was minimal considering the work he did, a real professional and v.nice bloke
