Unfortunately, Michael couldn't fix the problem but reduced his fee as a result. The problem was a glitch in the windows 7 Operating System. I will certainly use him again when the need arises

Top quality stuff. As Michael himself pointed out, plenty of people know how to deal with computers, but not necessarily how to deal with people. His experience in the corporate world has obviously stood him in good stead. He was every bit as professional and thorough as the best IT professionals I have dealt with at work in big organisations. I would thoroughly recommend him to potential clients whether they be home or business users.

I was very satisfied with the IT service Michael provided. He recovered my data with no trouble and transfered from the old PC to set up my new system. He explained what he was doing in straightforward language and worked very fast. It is clear that he is very experienced and competent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Note that Michael H. was unable to provide service on day booked because of urgent family upset. However, he requested Dave H. to respond. Dave was knowledgeable and patient, and the immediate problem was solved (tho' it took all day!)
