Printer Issues

Customer's Description:

I have moved from BT Yahoo -dial up to BT total broadband home hub, i now cannot get my mac to talk wireless to my brother printer. Also, my macbook needs an overhaul, possibly more memory and it has a virus that has been isolated. As the main problem is the wireless (mac to printer) issue a home visit is needed. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers but the language has defeated me. I have got the printer registering the BT Hub.
