Customer's Description:

Business PC(from Chillblast) vista bit. months old so out of warranty. It has been a good PC but recently have had intermittent blue screen of death problems. Yesterday the house power tripped so the PC powered down. Since then have not been able to get it to boot. No signal to monitor (tried different monitor). Have Acronis backup but cannot boot from disk.

Steve called me promtly and we chatted through the problem. He arrived on time and went through a comprehensive diagnostic to find the cause of the malfunction. I was very pleased that he got the PC going within the hour. It took a few more minutes to get things back to normal. Overall, a very good service. Steve was efficient and effective. He knows his stuff. Would recommend him to others and will request his services again. Thank you Steve!
