Customer's Description:

When logging in message "your file vault didn't open. It needs to be repaired". When u click on ok. "You are unable to log in to your user account at this time". I have recently installed snow lepopard and this problem has only arisen since then. Have tried booting from safe mode but still no good.

Login to iMac had failed due to an error with File Vault. Steve managed to get it up running again and retrieve a little of my file in just over an hour. A job well done. Thank you.
