Virus/Spy ware Removal

Customer's Description:

I've got a virus on my laptop which poses as antivirus software and repeatedly requests subscribing to new antivirus software I did not opt for, messages concerning specific virus/threat attack keep popping up and prevent me from using the laptop normally. Using system restore did not help and I cannot find the virus in the laptop program files or elsewhere. The icons it placed on the desktop point to locations they cannot be found in. The antivirus software is disabled and I am unable to install a new antivirus program - the virus/malware windows pop up and do not allow me initiate the downloaded antivirus programs.
