Customer's Description:

My Mac Pro (2007, 3Ghz, *GB RAM, 3 TB HD) does not start up, stops before Mac tune or right after. Not possible to use Start Up CD, using Firewire + T worked once, but Disk Utility simply indicated bad disk (stopped, not worked since). My guess is hardware problem, but maybe software problem. I am still trying to get things working - maybe take out one of the HDs.
