Problem Summary:

Slow Computer, General Check Up

Customer's Description:

4-5 yr old Scaleo P PC with Windows XP. Main problem is VERY slow at booting up and shutting down (can take 10-15 min on a bad day). Also some issues with one of the USB ports and CD drive - it doesn't always detect the device that has been plugged in. Mainly used for internet (BT Home Hub 2.0) which is sometimes too slow to be of use. Recently loaded AVG anti virus software. I would like someone to have a look to see if it is worth saving or if a new PC is needed. Thanks.

I thought I would leave it a few weeks before making any comments to see if any problems cropped up. So far so good, the PC seems to be behaving itself. Luis was easy to deal with and very helpfull and it was all delivered within the timescale he stated. So I have no problems as yet and would certainly consider using PCIQ again.
