Customer's Description:

I can only connect to the internet when the phone is engaged or the phone reciever is of the the phone. Now I can not connect at all. Talk Talk have sent a technician out to check internally and they say everything is ok and also an Openreach Engineer to check the phone line externally and have said everything is ok also(the engineer was only a Phone line technician and not Broadband). I know I have an 'open fault' with the line. The internet has worked fine for the last few years until now. Was wondering if anyone could fix this?
