Customer's Description:

Had issues with computer not booting up/going through POST. As it was a long standing issue (sometimes started and sometimes not), presumed motherboard not working, hence purchased all new components to include motherboard Asus P8P67 Pro R3, CPU Intel i5 2500k, memory 4x2GB Corsair and graphics card msi NVidia 560Ti. However even with the new components computer doesn't start up. Managed to start only once and the rest of the time most or all LEDs (sometimes 3, sometimes 4) are solid red. Have tested power supply thoroughly with a multimeter, shows stable supply on all rails. Have rebuilt the system and rechecked cables and connections several times but still no effect. Your prompt attention would be greatly appreciated.
