Customer's Description:

The hard drive was very slow getting a lot of beach ball put the install disc in to acess the Disc Utillity program when using the programe informed me the HD could not be repaired & I would now need to perform an uptodate backup. When I attempted to re-start on the HD 10.6.7. all I now get is the grey start up screen the apple logo comes up then a see through progress bar I than get the egg timer & a solid grey bar starts this only gets a little way then it re-sets itself starts again gets a little way then the computer performs an automatic shut down.
