Customer's Description:	Two issues basically - a problem with my Kaspersky internet security which just occurred today - 'database corruption' which I couldn't put right & has lead to the programme disappearing and secondly, general issues of slow running and now its starting to hang up rather a lot. I'd like help with both problems.
