Customer's Description:

Customer has a Toshiba laptop 3 yrs old, suddenly switches off after 2-3 hours use, even with power supply connected. Customer has tried changing power off settings, no effect. Does not appear to be battery problem, might be overheating? Requests engineer to visit to resolve issue
