When I run certain software, e.g video file conversion, the PC freezez or switches off. It is OK the rest of the time. I installed software to monitor temperature while converting and noticed that the temperature increases steadily by about 15 degrees cent until the PC freezes/goes off. When I reboot I get an 'unknown error' messge. I think that the cooling system isn't up to the job and needs upgrading.
