problem with hp 780, running windows 98. Blie screen came on, now won't boot up. Tried recovery floppy disc (do not have recovery cd's) - this runs but then stops and says' no valid information on this pc'would require some to come out

excellent service, not phased by the fact that our actual problem was different to one we reported, and that he had to go out to obtain new parts.
