I have recently purchased a new PC which I built from scratch and have loaded Windows Vista 64-bit which loaded fairly easily. But now I am using it has a number of problems such as it thinking that I am not logged on as an administrator when the system is set up with me as the administrator. I also cannot get many Vista compatible programs to load. So I am wondering whether the OS may be faulty. would like some one out to reconfigure the system and set it up for me please.
