Customer's Description: |
Since downloading Windows Media Player v11 (having used v10)DVD/CD replay and CD-R drives aren't recognised - that is, in the "now playing" drop down menu in WMP, the message "no disc in drive D/E" appears. I've downloaded and installed a new CODEC to no effect. Also, Windows internet explorer is running very slow (quicker in Mozilla Firefox which we also use) -I've deleted unwanted files and defragged the hard disk to no great effect. We use PlusNet 8mb broadband, which is very reliable |
