Customer's Description:

Only had computer setup in new house for a few weeks after spending months in storage. Instant messaging is working but not able login to websites. Keep getting cookie errors and have changed settings for those but it has had no impact. All worked fine when computer was in previous location.

Received the call back very quickly after my initial enquiry. James was very proactive and helpful. He was also very understanding and not at all patronising when I was asking silly questions and showing my inexperience with IT issues.
