Problem Summary:	Hardware Related Issues
Customer's Description:	Power to tower, but won't turn on. Green 'power' light flashes slowly. Manufacturers (Evesham) suggested I unplug everything, then hold start button for 40 secs. This worked on the first occasion, but now it's happened again they advise 3rd party assistance as warranty expired end Oct(!)
