Customer's Description:

My main problem is in connecting a second desktop to the internet via a wireless router which I purchased via a friend but cannot fathom the instructions. I also have problems in installing Garmin GPS software and mapping software. Other minor issues: 1. I have an Access database which I can't now add to for some reason; 2. I'd like advice on how best to email photos, and 3. I'd like to be taken through the steps to back up my data. That's it!Please use my landline number because I can't get a mobile signal at home.

I would recommend Gavin to anyone. He was immensely helpful, patient, has a very approachable and pleasant manner and bent over backwards to solve a range of problems.
