Virus/Spy ware Removal

Customer's Description:

Have a trojan virus - puresafetyhere.com - brings up a web page sauggesting a possible fix which is worrying. Zone alarm has picked it up twice and deleted but it still remains. Needs help with removal. Also have a few other issues. Home all day today and would ideally like someone today up till early evening.

Friendly and pro-active, he listened as I rambled on and returned the pc to me in tip top shape. He also sorted some other monor issues all as part of the initial job. Rest assured, Andrew is now my I.T. solution.
