I'm trying to arrange computer help for my Mother. She lives in Peebles in the Scottish Borders, Scotland. I (her daughter) live in the Netherlands. This is not a useful combination! My mother uses an Apple iBook G4. Her internet provider is Bt-internet. We've been trying to install Apple Remote Desktop, so that I can help her (with the simple things ) from the Netherlands. I can only do this installation when I'm in the UK, and it's too difficult for me. At the sametime I need someone to check out the internet connection generally. My next visit to my mother is Friday 14 th March, arriving early evening. I'll be leaving on Monday 17 th March, about 13.00 . Is there any chance that someone can help us on the Saturday?
