Customer's Description:

Our internet provider is Virgin Broadband. Following the installation of our Apple Mac Workbook last year we had a password set up for us so as to prevent others using our internet. We now wish to attach another computer (Ipod Touch)to our internet, but we cannot find the password to allow us to do so. Is there any way we can reset the password?
