Problem Summary:

Network Issues (including Setup)

Customer's Description:

Hi, I bought a new laptop and before I left for Edinburgh (from Canada) my brother uninstalled Windows and installed Linux - Ubuntu - for me. The problem I am having now is getting wireless up and running. Linux doesn't have a wireless card or USB device. Right now I have a Netgear wireless USB stick, but it will only run on Windows. I know that it is possible to get a Netgear product to work for Linux, but I am not that good with computers to figure out how exactly. So I guess my request is: Can you set up wireless on a Linux computer for me?
