Problem Summary:	Software Related Issues
Customer's Description:	new monitor, for pairing with laptop. Can't get driver installed/ messes with driver for laptop. All hardware brand new, so no bugs(hopefully!). Also, have a new router that needs to be installed, may as well do same time. Must be done saturday (today!) please.
