Customer's Description:

I use outlook with a very fast broadband connection, but have been trouble downloading emails with attachments - where all other emails come in instantly, emails with attachments take some seconds to download and open. Recent virus scan also picked up a security risk which it cannot fix, which may or may not be related to email problem.
