I clicked on an Active-X control. My AVG antivirus (free version) detected a virus, I selected Heal, but now my computer isn't working. It appears to boot up but there are no programs accessable from the start menu and docs do not open. I suspect my computer needs virus removal. I have a Dell laptop running Windows XP. |
